Ani Phyo's the author of "Ani's Raw Food Desserts" and "Ani's Raw Food Kitchen," awarded "Best Vegetarian Cookbook USA 2007". Her next book, "Ani's Raw Food Essentials" will be available April 1, 2010. Ani has received 4 Best of Raw 2008 Awards for Best Chef, Favorite Cookbook, Sexiest Raw Vegan Woman, and Favorite Educator.
Ani is the host of "Ani's Raw Food Kitchen Show", the award winning #1 uncooking show on 'YouTube'. Ani has been seen on the Travel Channel's Bizarre Foods, Channel 7 ABC, and has been featured in numerous magazines including Food & Wine, Alternative Medicine, Oxygen, VegNews, and Get Fresh.
Additionally, Ani has developed living food vegan menus for Carnival Cruise Lines, Adidas headquarters, STOMP, and Whole Foods Markets, to name a few. Here are some of the Nutiva Staff’s New Year’s Intentions:

* Remember to drink 8 -10 glasses of water every day
* Switch out corn or canola cooking oil with coconut oil
* Switch out commercial table salt with sea salt
* Buy a soft bristle brush to keep in the shower to brush away dead skin
* Eat 3 kinds of veggies you have never tried before
* Soak your grains overnight before using them
* Incorporate one (or more) RAW food meals into weekly menu – search the web for RAW food recipes.

1 cup Polenta (corn grits)
3 cups of good quality (preferably homemade) chicken stock
3/4 cup of 1/2 and 1/2
6 cloves of garlic - course minced
1 cup of wild mushrooms (chanterelles, portabellas work well) or 1/2 cup of dried mushrooms (ie. morrels)  chopped
1 Tbsp of finely chopped fresh rosemary and
